Can I get a refund?
Your order can be edited or cancelled for 8 hours after your purchase. After that time frame our warehouse starts to process the order and the shipment cannot be stopped. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you are more than free to return it within 7 days of receiving the item/items. Return shipment is on the buyer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Why do we charge a restocking Fee and why is the return shipping charges paid by the buyer?
We try our best to describe the product in detail before our customers can go ahead and make the purchase. Because of the price savings we offer it is very hard for us to stay in business if a few customers choose to return the product for unreasonable invalid reasons. Now there are times we understand an error has been made on our side and for this we do pay the return shipping and also take the product back. In circumstances like this we do issue a full refund to our customers. Shipping charges are part of the selling process so customers can have the convenience of having the product delivered to them. These charges are paid to the shipping carriers and are not part of our business model.
Can a Shipping Address be edited?
Our Policy at Reddigits is to only ship to a verified Paypal address on file. This is for the protection of our customers. No exceptions to this rule.
How can I cancel a recent purchase?
If you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 8 hours we will go ahead and refund you your entire amount hassle free. After that time frame the order has moved on to our shipping department and is being processed to leave our warehouse.
My order just got cancelled?
We try our best to carry a good quantity of inventory in each product we carry but sometimes we run into situations of running out of the product because of it being oversold very quickly. In a situation like this we then notify the customer and make him aware of the situation and refund the customer his total amount.
Not sure if your order went through?
We always send a confirmation email once your order has been received. If you didn't receive that email, it's possible that it got trapped in your spam folder — especially if this was your first purchase.
Where is my Item?
Once the order leaves our warehouse a tracking no is issued immediately from one of our shipping carriers and an email is sent to you. Clicking on that tracking number will give you the status of your shipment. Your item should arrive within 10 days of purchase. I want to return my Item?
If we have made an error on our side you can return goods item within 5 days after delivery Please note: The following items are never returnable: books, beauty products, undergarments, perishable items, and items that have been worn..
It is easy to return a product, Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing us the error we made. We will email you back a RMA and will resolve the issue within 5 working by issuing you a full refund or replacing the item.
Tracking Says Delivered, but I never got the package?
This does happens sometimes, we recommend starting with your neighbors or others who might have accepted the package on your behalf.
If you're unable to locate the package, you can also try contacting the shipping carrier to see if they can provide you with a signature confirmation or more specifics regarding where the item was delivered. They may be able to help you track down the delivery, or offer another solution.

The item arrived damaged?
Goods sometimes do not arrive as expected, we are happy to replace or issue you a refund. Unfortunately, because we only stock a limited inventory of each item, there will be times we will be unable to send replacements. If you would prefer to keep this item instead, you are more than welcome to do so.
My order is missing an Item?
From time to time we do send an email saying multiple items are being shipped together. This is only done after our warehouse has put the products in one box and a second person verifies the contents. We try our best to ship multiple items separately. It is also possible that they are being shipped separately. Please allow the full delivery window of 10 days for all of your items to be delivered.
I received the wrong item?
If we have made an error in shipping you the wrong item we will issue you a full refund or replace the item if available. We will also pay return shipping to bring the item back. This helps us make corrections in our business models where needed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
I have not received my Refund?
If you returned an item please allow 10 days for a refund. When a refund is issued PayPal will send you a confirmation email and credit your account immediately.
